    New Home Inspection

    HMP provide a service for New Home buyers as well as the resale home market. When you purchase a new home you think there will be no problem with the construction etc. On the contrary , you often find foundations that are cracked, and frame work not properly supported.


    Our service provides two types of inspection.




    (1)
    We provide an on going inspection for the home during construction.
    This will involve 3 visits to the site.



    (A) Foundation and Framing.


    (B) Roughins, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.

    (C) Final inspection upon completion. When this Inspections is complete we will give you the results on the spot, with a list of problems, and/or solutions if any.


    (2)
    The pre occupation inspection. Here we prefer that you follow along with us through the inspections so we can give you the details on your investment.
